Interlibrary Loan

Mitchellville Public Library is happy to request materials through Interlibrary Loan on behalf of our patrons. The fees for the postage is $3.00, for those who are not with Iowa Shares.

We do have an Iowa Shares who transports books between libraries. Those books are free of charge.

Requests can be made in-person at the library, over the phone 515-967-3339, email mplibr@mitchellville.lib.ia.us , or by using the form on the left.

Patrons are responsible for replacement costs for damaged or lost materials, or any additional fees charged by the lending library.
